What about Mucha??

I keep looking at the cross stitch version of Mucha’s Moet and Chandon White Star – but it is ever so big – 186 x 538. It can be seen here.

I really like her, but do I really want to stitch her?

She’s so pretty, I think you do want to stitch her. πŸ™‚

I think if I can get a good enough jpeg I might try to make my own version of it.

I have MacStitch so it works.

I don’t think you really want to stitch her because you ask that question. πŸ™‚ If you really want to stitch her, I think you have already started. πŸ˜€

LOL! I am hesitating because I have big pieces to stitch already – 2 HAEDs and 3 others.

Yep yep, and all of them are BIG. So if you add this ‘GIGANTIC’ one, I just don’t have any idea how you could manage the time and the space (also those costs). πŸ™‚

Considering all those awesome updates, I keep wondering in my mind: how many hours do you spend daily on stitching and how many stitches you do within one day??

I did about 2-3 hours last night and that got that much of her skirt one. I think average stitching speed is about 100 stitches an hour.

Wew! Tha’ts so fast! I think I could just done half from you. How could you stitch so fast? Any tips and trick please?

I think you get faster with time – I have been stitching for about 20 years. Plus not having to change colour floss so often helps as well. If you have multiple needles pre-threaded or large blocks of colour it goes faster.

Multiple needles! Okay, I’ll note that down. πŸ™‚ Thanks..!!

Umm, by the way, could I request something from you? If you have the time, would you please to record your stitching (like just leave the video on while you stitch) because I really want to know how you could stitch that fast and maybe there are some techniques that I could adopt…. Please tell me what you think about this. πŸ™‚

Whoa! She is big. She is very pretty, but can you really afford to stitch her? Do you have the time & the space for her? I like her also, but would never dream of stitching her. She is too big & I have no space for her in my house.

Personally, I agree with Cassle. I think you like her, but that you don’t really want to stitch her.

Mostly I am hesitating as I have 2 HAEDs and 3 other really big pieces to stitch.

But if I can get a good picture of it I can make my own pattern. I have been playing with MacStitch.
